This particular client had visions of adding an addition of a sunroom and deck to the rear exterior of her house. We tore off the old deck portion and added a 450 sq ft addition. along with 150 sq ft of composite decking. The addition was fitted with Andersen windows, tongue and groove ceilings, tile floor and 3 entry ways, one on either side of the addition. It was also upfitted with a new furnace and all HVAC brought up to current code.
